Happy New year

Happy New year

I will end the year with this photo. Above the clouds, the new moon in combination with my endless obsession with the sun going down or up. My amazement with the unpredictability of nature always leaves me in awe. Desperately trying to catch that moment I want to show you.
It is that when we see something beautiful that we know won’t last, which makes us feel more.
A quick deep feeling and a reminder to enjoy the beautiful things while they are here.
I wish you a beautiful New Year.
Love from me ♡

Project in the South of the Island Ibiza

Project in the South of the Island Ibiza

It has been a while since I posted a painting, my wish is rather to have you standing face to face with the painting to really feel it. This is why I always give my clients the opportunity to have it on view, wherever you are in the world. Sometimes it has to grow on you.
This one has been picked up right after I posted it on Instagram. He made a render of it to see how it would fit his house
Love these clients who exactly know what they want!

Both paintings are 2 meter by 2 meter, mixed materials.

Project Cancandesign Ibiza

Project Cancandesign Ibiza

The house market in Ibiza, Spain is still going strong no matter which crisis the world faces, here it seems booming as ever.
People buy, invest, rebuild, design and redesign.
That is where my art comes in. Lucky and thankful to color the walls in some new projects here on the Island.
Summer rental ready.
This project was done by Cancandesign and featured in many interior design magazines.

The pink painted has a epoxy layer to give it a bit of a glossy touch.
The photo has a limited edition of 7 in total

New York Brooklyn brigde sunrise

New York Brooklyn brigde sunrise

Jetlagged, I wake up early had this plan in my head to go and see the sunrise at the Brooklyn bridge.
Obviously the weather was highly important, rain or clouds would spoil the idea I had in mind.
November 18th, it was a beautiful and very cold morning. The Uber dropped me completely wrong so had to find my way up.
Worried to be too late and find the sun already too way up..
I was lucky the sky turned in so many ridiculous beautiful colors I kept shooting.
