Elephants
Years ago when I still painted Elephants… The elephant is associated with Buddha and the Indian deity Ganesh and can be used to symbolize power, wisdom, strength, protection of the home, fertility, and general good luck. Many Feng Shui practitioners believe that elephants should have their trunks facing upwards to represent prosperity, good luck, and success There are several explanations as to why the trunk down is beneficial for specific applications ,one of them being that the elephant with the trunk down stores and accumulates energy. Hashtag me !
Lots of discussions or intolerance in the world and so we go social media ..
Jealousy rules and that is where a lot of the talking begins,.
We start our hashtag trip thinking we are safe and protected by whatever instantly invented reason , ‘everybody is doing it’ ,’it is fashion’ , ‘this is the world we live in’ , ‘I can always delete it’ ,’Kim Kardashian is doing it … till we meet the neighbour !
The neighbour is scary, confronting with your normal you.
So Katja Schuurman begins her story via Twitter, her polite ‘perfect’ defence .
She asks :Help me to invent a new hashtag and put her gorgeous body on twitter in the name of “sexism kiss my ass” .She had enough of all the prejudices.
Twitter twitters ..we follow ,tag ass, tag Katja and here is the interesting part , Facebook has no idea I get 9 likes , maybe people don’t dare to like my ass , scared what the neighbour will say tomorrow whilst getting the newspaper out of the postbox.

The other part thinks god if I ‘like’ this I will have to come home with flowers tomorrow..
Linked in is still busy counting my Ren Hang post 2500 people are interested , intelligent people don’t feel like hasthtagging asses I suppose ,.I don’t blame them.
Instagram is absolutely behind,. THE social medium where you cannot do without 100 of more hashtags or you are out , is simply not involved or informed.They just like my ass ..I like Instagram.
But I will not be the first to begin the #kissmyass thingie ,,even though I don’t have a postbox at the far end of my camino, I don’t even have a neighbour , more importantly to talk in Instagram language this is a #repost ..my ass has been out there, no harm is done.
