We are used to instant result, immediate satisfaction, now and fast around the clock.
And here I am waiting almost a month to have my analogue photos converted into digital.
A different way of shooting, you can not click away and delete on the spot, so you hope for the best.
I almost forgot what I shot! A sweet reminder,. I was in paradise.
Sometimes patience is a virtue, it is ok to slow down now and then.

As society requires an artist should have a story ‘behind’ a painting.
But sometimes there is none, I can tell you a lovely story and trick you into the world of illusions but there are times I just paint and have no conscious thoughts whilst making it and no power over the outcome.
Sometimes years later it makes sense to me.
I can tell you what I see and what I think it could be but I like to invite you, the viewer to make the story, challenge your thoughts in directions you usually don’t go.
In the end it will be hanging on your wall so the story must appeal to you in order to be amazed by it every day !
